1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Petsflip website, mobile app, APIs, or any of our services (collectively the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. About Petsflip

Petsflip is a social virtual pet trading platform created and managed by Petsflip Team. Users can collect, trade, gift, and grow virtual pets in a fun, safe, and gamified digital environment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Petsflip account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information provided is accurate and complete.

4. Account Registration & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to share your login details or use another user’s account.
• PETSFLIP reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Passwords are securely stored using Argon2ID encryption.

5. Virtual Assets & Coins

Petsflip includes a digital currency system (“Coins”, “Gems”, and “PetCash”) used for gameplay and pet trading. These are virtual items and have no cash value outside the game. Purchases, conversions, or rewards made using Coins or Gems are non-refundable.

6. VIP Memberships & Subscriptions

VIP plans (1 month, 6 months, 1 year) provide extra benefits such as faster trading and bonuses. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal date. You can manage or cancel from your account profile anytime.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any activity that:

• Violates applicable laws or these Terms.
• Infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Harasses, abuses, or threatens other users.
• Involves unauthorized automation, scraping, or hacking of Petsflip data.
• Spreads spam, malware, or deceptive content.

8. Intellectual Property

All Petsflip content, design, code, trademarks, and graphics are owned by Petsflip or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any content without prior written consent.

9. User-Generated Content

By submitting content (messages, images, posts) to Petsflip, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and use that content within the platform. You retain ownership of your creations.

10. Purchases & Payments

All purchases made through Petsflip are processed securely. We use encrypted payment gateways and never store full payment card details. Payments are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Petsflip at our discretion for violations of these terms, fraud, or misuse. Upon termination, your access to pets, coins, and related data may be permanently removed.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Petsflip is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free service. You use the platform at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Petsflip shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Petsflip, its affiliates, and team members from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

15. Updates to Terms

Petsflip may update these Terms of Service to reflect legal or feature changes. Updates will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and applicable international laws. Disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Delhi, India.
